- Dumb and Dumber (1994) Directed by Peter Farrelly
Summary: Jim Carrey plays a limo driver named Loyd Christmas alongside Harry Dunne (Jeff Danielles). Loyd comes across a suitcase full of money left behind by accident after dropping off Marry Swanson (Lauren Holly) at the airport. Loyd convinces Harry to join him in a road trip across the country to give Marry her briefcase of money back not knowing what's in it or that the money is tied to a kidnapping. During their roadtrip they are unkowingly followed by the police and hired killers who ultimately tests their wits throughout the journey to Marry.

Summary: Jim Carrey plays Ace Venture, an investigator of crimes related to animals and is called upon a case regarding the whereabouts of a dolphin, who is an important mascot for the NFL team the Miami Dolphins. Ace begins his investigation for the whereabouts of the dolphine when the quaterback of the Dolphins team played by Dan Marino is kidnapped as well resulting even more pressure on Ace to solve the case whilst a lead detective continues to get in Ace's way along as he goes through a bunch of silly misadventures.

Summary: Jim Carrey plays Stanley Ipkiss, an introvert who comes across a mask containing the spirit of the Norse God 'Loki.' When using the mask, Stanley gains supernatural powers and becomes a smooth talking playboy full of charm and confidence, which he wouldn't have without mask. Stanley uses his new personality provided by the mask to gain the attention of a nightclub singer played by Cameron Diaz but as a side effect of the mask's powers he unattentionally robs a bank. The bank robbery causes frustration with crime lord Dorian Tyrell played by Peter Greene, as he catches the blame for the bank robbery.

Summary: Jim Carrey plays Fletcher Reede, a power-house lawyer in the courtroom but outside the courtroom he struggles to be honest with his wife and son, which leaves to the dissovle of his relationship with his wife and son as work remains the #1 priority. Fletcher's son decides to wish that his that dad has to tell the truth for 24 hours and that wish happens to come true but it happens to be on the day that Fletcher is facing one of his biggest cases of his career.

Summary: Jim Carrey plays Bruce Nolan, a man who's career has plateaued in the tv news world and so he longs for a change which arrises when the opportunity of becoming an exciting achorman presents itself. His characer is overlooked and causing him to lose grip of his sanity and blame god for the unfair treatment he has experienced throughout his life. God (played by Morgan Freeman) answers Nolan's complaints by giving him the duties of God and Nolan ends up using those powers for his sole pleasure only while ignoring and abandoning the everyone in the world's call for help..
